Unit Details: Patient populations include inpatient rehab spinal cord injuries, TBI, strokes, amputees, multiple trauma, hip fractures, bilateral knee replacements, post-cardiac surgery, post-COVID, and medically complex/debilitating patients. Acute patients include post-cardiac, post-ortho procedures, and medically complex/debilitating patients. Outpatient caseload includes general ortho (surgical and non-surgical), sports medicine, pediatrics (developmental), neuro-specific diagnoses (higher functioning), and spinal patients (surgical and non-surgical). Skilled Nursing patient population is similar to inpatient rehab. Skilled Nursing uses AOD charting and is transitioning systems.
Shift & Scheduling: No call. No weekend coverage for Outpatient; IPR and Acute care usually 1 weekend per month. No holidays.
Floating Requirements: No floating between facilities, unless otherwise specified.
