Special Requests:
Must take a full 6 months off from any Sanford Health or Good Samaritan Society location. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
If the clinician has ever worked for Marshfield, it must be noted in the submission. If previously worked with Marshfield, the end date must be 6 months prior to the submission date.
Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Unit Details:
CAD, STEMI, NSTEMI, PVD, HF, PE, cardiac, IR, EP, and vascular patient population.
Monitor, record, and circulate cardiac cases. Scrub devices, peripheral, IR, and vascular cases.
Uses Merge.
Shift & Scheduling:
Monday through Friday; shifts are either 0730 to 1600 or 0830 to 1700.
On-call 1 to 2 nights/week and every 3rd weekend.
Holiday/call requirements: 2 weekends a year.
30-minute call response time.
Floating Requirements:
Can float into EP to help circulate or scrub.
