Required Credentials: Claimed residence must match address on driver's license to receive travel rate. Driver's license is required for RNs working on a compact license. Ascension Pharmacology Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% score, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Specialty Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of at least 80%, 2 attempts allowed.
Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates must have at least 6 months of employment separation to be considered for a travel position.
Unit Details: Medical, neuro, cardiac, GI, and renal patient population. Cares for sepsis, trauma, surgery, and other complex patients outside of fresh open heart surgery.
