Required Credentials:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
Unit Details:
Evaluates and treats patients per physician orders/referrals, develops and updates individualized treatment and discharge plans, and provides therapy to improve independence in daily living skills.
Supervises COTAs per practice acts and facility policies.
Collaborates with interdisciplinary care teams and families; accurate and timely documentation required.
Shift & Scheduling:
Monday-Friday.
No call.
