Required Skills/Experience:
Airway management is required.
Management of IV drips is required.
Management of patients with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure is required.
Chest tube management is required.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
Special Requests:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
RTO greater than 7 days requires approval.
Parking costs $125/month.
Unit Details:
Mixed-acuity unit with both ICU and step-down assignments.
Adult and geriatric patient population.
Patient population: Review per ICU Track 2.
Shift & Scheduling:
Must commit to 4x12s.
Every other weekend, some holiday coverage.
Floating Requirements:
Possibility to float to adult ICUs at other campuses.
Must float to the step-down unit as needed.
Details:
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
