Required Credentials: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Credentials: Graduate of an accredited school of surgical technology.
Unit Details: Under the guidance of the registered nurse, responsible for the care and safety of patients under his/her care. Responsible for case preparation, assisting with patient preparation, proper handling of instruments, supplies and equipment, preparation of the room based upon the specific procedure and physician's preference, and anticipating the physician's needs.
