Additional Details:
An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.
Required Skills/Experience: 3-5+ years ER RN Experience required
Preferred Skills/Experience: Point of Care Testing (strongly preferred)
Required Credentials: Associate's Degree or Certificate For any RN role: if a candidate has NP licensure, ThedaCare will only consider them for an NP role, not a lower position.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Rotation: Every 4th weekend. Holiday Rotation: Holiday Rotation.
Floating Requirements: Float to M/S Float for helping hands (as needed) and float to TC Oshkosh. Traveler also must be open to float to all Thedacare Facilities (up to a 60 mile radius), as needed.
