Required Skills/Experience: Home health experience and hospice experience for nursing. Home health experience for therapy.
Unit/Facility Details: Patient Ratios : 5-6 patients per day
Special Requests: Need a reliable vehicle for patient visits.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Monday - Friday.
- Call requirements are every 6-7 weeks for one week at night from 5pm-8am and that weekend. We do not make night visits from this office.
Floating Requirements: Franklin/ Macon county area.
