Required Skills/Experience: Home health experience and hospice experience for nursing/ home health experience for therapy.
Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday. Call requirements are every 6-7 weeks for one week at night from 5pm-8am and that weekend. We do not make night visits from this office.
