Additional Details:
Required skills/experience: Need an experienced hospice RN who will be expected to do 4-5 visits a day in the outpatient setting. This would include routine visits in facilities and in patient homes. RN will be expected to travel 30-50 miles a day. Miles are incurred typically in the travel to get to the first patient and then the remaining patients are in the nearby areas.
Required credentials: You will be required to complete proctored testing prior to attending orientation. BILH coversheet required at time of submission
Shift & schedule requirements: 32 hour/week. Monday-Friday.
Special request requirements: All RTO requests must be presented at time of sub.
