Required Skills/Experience: 2 years of management/leadership experience required.

Unit Details: Primarily a leadership/administrative role overseeing Nursing/Patient Care Areas. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and directing department operations; maintaining performance improvement and CQI activities; assuring nursing personnel competency; assisting with budget management; and maintaining compliance with state, federal, and local regulations, standards, and protocols. Patient population ranges from infant to geriatric.

Shift & Scheduling: Primarily Monday through Friday with irregular hours possible. The department operates 24/7, so evening and/or weekend call may be required.
