Required Credentials: Nursing Diploma. Associate’s Degree (ASN).

Unit Details: Neuro surgical specialty unit caring for spine/neurosurgical patients, not stroke. RN does not read telemetry. Ratio: 4–5:1. Uses lumbar drains, JP drains, wound vacs, traction, PCA, trachs, EKG, and feeding tubes.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend.
