Travel Nurse (RN) - Operating Room

Special Requests:

• Each employment history entry on the resume must include detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, and whether the facility was a teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
• At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.
• Must take a full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society, Marshfield Clinic Health System, or Sanford Health location. Previous employment must be disclosed for a DNU check.
• Must be flexible to work in all OR specialties if needed.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Same 3 nights every week.
• No weekends unless doing straight Friday/Saturday/Sunday.
• May pick up additional shifts.
• Job summary notes call shifts required, average one to two per month.
• Shift notes state no additional call or shifts are scheduled.
