Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Postpartum, circulate, and newborn care required.

Required Credentials:

  • Contingent or temporary licensure is not accepted.
  • MGB Medication Exam required with 80% passing score; results from any testing site accepted.
  • MGB Dysrhythmia Exam required with 80% passing score.
  • C-EFM may be met by NCC, K2, or AWHONN; 2-year renewal required.

Unit Details:

  • Labor & Delivery/Postpartum unit includes labor & delivery, postpartum, newborn nursery, OR, RR, and ANU rooms.
  • L&D ratios: 1:2-3 evals, 1:1 active labor, magnesium gtt or epidural. Postpartum ratios: 1:3-4.

Shift & Scheduling:

  • Every other weekend.
  • Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
