Travel Allied (Respiratory Therapist) - Pediatric Respiratory Unit

Required Skills/Experience:

• 2 years Respiratory Therapy (Resource Team) combined pediatric unit experience in the past 5 years (must have had peds-only assignments, not mixed-age populations).
• IPPV/NIPPV ventilator experience.

Unit Details:

• Provides respiratory care for pediatric patients throughout the facility in a children’s hospital setting, from neonates through pediatrics.
• Coverage areas include ED, PICU, pediatric CVICU, pediatric PCU, and general med floors.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Every other weekend required.
• No call.
• Travelers will work 75% of holidays.
• Schedule cycle: every 6 weeks.

Special Requests:

• Can approve up to 6 days off, excluding holidays; must add time to the end of the contract if unable to meet contracted hours.
