Travel Allied (Respiratory Therapist) - Respiratory Unit

Required Skills/Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience on floors or 1 year or more of ICU experience.
• Trach experience required.

Special Requests:

• Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
• At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job.

Unit Details:

• General floor therapy includes nebulizer therapy, EzPAP, IPV, CPAP, BiPAP, Acapella, CPT, vest therapy, ABGs, and assorted oxygen delivery devices.
• Uses Omnicell, Pyxis, Vision and V60 BiPAP machines, Focus and Synchrony CPAP/BiPAP machines, and high flow systems.
• Large department with resource assistance available as needed.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Mon-Fri.
• No weekend shifts required.
• Orientation begins on day shift, typically 0800-1600, before transitioning to 8-hour evening shifts after 2-3 weeks.

Floating Requirements:

• Will be assigned to different floors based on need.
