Required Skills/Experience: New grads okay as long as there is Level II experience and not just Level I observation experience.

Unit Details: Provides rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders under the supervision and direction of an Occupational Therapist. Administers procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive and assistive devices; assesses patient progress; reports treatment outcomes; provides consultation to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers; contributes to discharge summaries; and helps obtain necessary DME or supplies. Documents in the electronic documentation system, maintains patient records, accurately records treatment minutes, and may supervise and support students under the guidance of the Occupational Therapist.
Shift & Scheduling: No weekends. No call.
