Additional Information
Required Skills/Experience: Minimum 3 years Pediatric ICU. Minimum 3 years Neonatal ICU. Minimum 1 year Pediatric Level 1 Trauma.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Minimum 4 years Pediatric ICU. Minimum 4 years Neonatal ICU. Minimum 2 years Pediatric Level 1 Trauma.
Special Requests: No RTO approved within the first two weeks of the assignment. RTO blackout dates: 09/13-09/19, 10/25-11/01, 11/22-11/28.
Shift & Scheduling: 13 weekend shifts out of 26 (Saturday or Sundays). On-call requirement: none. Required to work Thanksgiving holiday (11/25, 11/26, and 11/27). Must be available to work 2 of the 3 holidays. Must work observed holidays if they fall within the contract period. No more than 4 RTO dates during contract.
Floating Requirements: Float to Anschutz and Network of Care (North or South). Client may float or reassign personnel to other areas of practice within their clinical competence.
