Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
- Three (3) years of clinical nursing experience related to clinical area of specialization as required by department, including one (1) year of management, supervisory or leadership experience.
- Leadership experience in both Periop and Endo.
Unit Details:
- Administrative nursing leadership role overseeing 24-hour department operations.
- Accountable for departmental performance, budget and position control, policy and procedure compliance, and staff education and professional development.
