Required Skills/Experience: Will not accept OR candidates.

Preferred Skills/Experience: ENT and/or transplant experience preferred. Preceptor and charge experience preferred.

Required Credentials: Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

Preferred Credentials: Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program.

Unit Details: OU Health University of Oklahoma Medical Center is Oklahoma's only Level I Trauma Center. Clinicians should have strong Trauma Level 1 experience and/or be willing to work with difficult cases. 4W Surgical Transplant is a mixed Med Surg and Stepdown floor caring for post-surgical kidney, liver, and pancreas transplant patients, as well as pre-transplant patients being evaluated during their inpatient stay. Patients require close monitoring for infection, rejection, and timely medication delivery. Any nurse on this floor will work Med Surg or Stepdown depending on nurse availability. Not a PACU position.

Floating Requirements: Travelers will be first to float.
