- One year of experience as a PT in a home healthcare setting.
Unit Details:
- Home health setting with an average visit length of 45 minutes.
- Screens, evaluates, re-evaluates, and treats patients; develops treatment plans; documents evaluations, treatment goals, and objectives; teaches patients and family members; and coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team.
- Broad independence while working as part of an interdisciplinary patient-care team.
