All positions at Providence Health & Services require any lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract. Candidates must be responsive and willing to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant specialty experience within the past 3 years.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: General ultrasound, fetal ultrasound, OB, breast, transvaginal, all other general exams, vascular, echocardiogram, adult echo, contrast echo, and Echo stress treadmill experience required.
Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.
Unit Details: Multispecialty position. Patient population includes neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Uses Change Healthcare; training available on assignment. May assist with precepting clinicians.
Shift & Scheduling: Call required: 5pm - 8am Monday - Friday, 24 hrs Saturday & Sunday. Weekends required: yes, on-call. Must be flexible with call.
