Additional Details:
In order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license.
Required Credentials: Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations. Ascension Cerner Test-Out required during onboarding. Ascension Specialty Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of at least 80%, 2 attempts allowed.
Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates must have at least 6 months of employment separation to be considered for a travel position.
Unit Details: Trauma surgical ICU in a Level 1 trauma setting. EHR: OneChart.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. No call. Any holidays during contracted dates.
