The facility has a tardy policy: If clinicians are more than 15 minutes late, the facility has the option to no longer use their services.

Required Skills/Experience:

• 1-year residency 3 yrs exp/ Sup over Techs. Need Hospital exp
• Five years professional experience with two years of management experience

Required Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy

Preferred Credentials: PharmD preferred including 1 year residency

Unit/Facility Details: Prefers local to the area so they can convert to FT if possible.
