Additional Details:

Unit Details:

  • Adult patients; approximately 50% Medical / 50% Tele.
  • Patient ratios: 4-6:1, estimates, not guarantees.

Shift & Scheduling:

  • No call.
  • Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
  • Every other full weekend; Saturday and Sunday are required unless otherwise approved prior to confirmation.
  • Expected to work at least one major winter holiday: Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day.
  • Night shift orients on day shift. Traveler must be available the entire week for orientation.

Special Requests:

  • Requested time off: up to 5 days in each 13 weeks can be automatically approved; anything more is subject to approval prior to confirmation, and time would be asked to be made up at the end of the assignment.

Floating Requirements:

  • As needed, to a similar or lower acuity unit.

Details:

AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
