Additional Details:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: Must have at least 2 years of total NICU III/IV experience, with at least 1 full year of Level IV NICU. You may combine Level III and Level IV experience to reach the 2-year total, but a minimum of 1 year must be in a Level IV NICU. Experience with post-op patients, g-tubes, trach/vents management, various modes of invasive/noninvasive ventilation. Epic experience required – preferred within the last 12 months
Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching Hospital Experience. Prefer at least one level IV NICU assignment completed.
Required Credentials: NRP AHA
Shift & Scheduling: Day/Night, 12 hour shifts, 7:00am-7:30pm, 7:00pm-7:30am. Monday through Friday and required to work 2-3 weekends per 6-week scheduling period.
Floating Requirements: Will float to care for patients less than 12 months of age. All AFCH units including PICU. Travelers to float 1st.
