Travel Nurse (RN) - Home Health

Required Skills/Experience: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement. Must have recent HH exp 2024-25.

Unit Details: Coverage area includes Scott and Newton counties. Minimum productivity expectation is 30 points. Start of Cares 2.5, Resumption of Cares 2, Recerts 1.75, Discharges 1.5 and routine visits .9.

Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri. Any overtime must be pre-approved and requires written approval from the administrator.

Floating Requirements: May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed, which is about a 60 mile radius from the facility address.
