Additional Details:
3 separate interview times must be provided with each submission.
Required Skills/Experience: Must have had experience in OB, gynecology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, ENT, plastics, dental, urology, and general surgery cases.
Required Credentials: Must have completed an approved first assistant program.
Unit Details: Assists the surgeon during surgical procedures under direct supervision and may also function as a surgical technologist. Intraoperative responsibilities include tissue handling, providing exposure, using instruments, suturing and knot tying, hemostasis, wound closure, dressing techniques, and ensuring supplies and equipment are available for surgical cases. No charge responsibilities.
Shift & Scheduling: No weekends. On-call one weekend per month plus one weeknight. Holiday coverage.
