Required Skills/Experience:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
Required Credentials:
Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.
Special Requests:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
WB and CXS parking permits require annual payment upfront; they are not available as monthly permits, while the WMC permit is available monthly.
WMC monthly parking permit: $224.80/month or $748.58 per 100 days.
WB annual parking permit: $196.20/year; West Campus Carmack Lots 2 and 3 are approximately 1.7 miles from the medical center, with Pink Shuttle service every 3–5 minutes during peak times and an approximately 8–9 minute ride.
CXS annual parking permit: $393.96/year; parking is available at Buckeye CX and West Campus lots.
Regular hourly garage rates may apply outside the WB annual permit's included access period.
Prorated refunds may be available for unused future months on annual permits; current and prior months are not refundable.
Cancel by 6:30 p.m. on the last business day of the month to avoid the next charge.
Refund checks may take 3–5 weeks.

Adult and geriatric patient population.
Oncology patients currently receiving treatment who need symptom management.
Shift & Scheduling:
No call.
OSU requires all fingerprints to be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract for an OSU assignment. This is a client requirement, and timely completion is essential to maintaining the assignment and avoiding delays, pushes or cancellations.
