Travel Allied (PTA) - Physical Therapy

Required Credentials: High School education/GED or equivalent.

Preferred Credentials: Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience.

Unit Details: Provides physical therapy treatments using modalities, manual techniques, and common exercise techniques. Guides patients through functional activities including bed mobility, transfers, gait, and balance activities. Mixed inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation setting serving patients from birth through adulthood. Rehabilitation services include balance training, fall risk assessment, vestibular, neurological, repetitive use injuries, and orthopedic conditions, including post-operative and chronic cases. Uses PowerChart for inpatient documentation and Re Doc for outpatient documentation.

Shift & Scheduling: Outpatient M-F 8-1700; Inpatient M-F 830-1700, Sat 900-1200. Call required: No. Weekend coverage: No.

Floating Requirements: You may be required to float to Adventist Health locations within 30 miles.
