Additional Information
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Clinicians who live within 51-75 miles from the facility will be considered local.
Required Skills/Experience:
- 2 years ICU experience with strong neuro checklist.
- Heparin drip management.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
Unit Details:
- Adult patient population.
- EVD placement and ICP monitoring.
- Post-thrombolytic (TNK) and post-DSA care.
- Craniotomy, tumor resection, drain placement, complicated cervical spine fracture, and shunt placement.
- Overflow unit for Level I trauma.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Every other weekend.
- 50% holidays.
Floating Requirements:
- Float to ICU and MS (1:4).
