Travel Nurse (RN) - Critical Care Float Pool

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience:

• IV start.
• Telemetry.
• Ventilator management experience.
• Teaching hospital experience is required.

Required Credentials:

• Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

Special Requests:

• Cannot apply to any Ohio State University facilities if you have an active application to any James Cancer Hospital & Research facilities.

Unit Details:

• Adult patient population.
• Transplant patients including kidney, liver, lung, and heart.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekend day shifts plus 1 weekday shift, with flexibility to meet unit needs as they arise.

Floating Requirements:

• Float to Neuro ICU, Surgical ICUs, Medical ICUs (MICU x2), Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, and SICU/MICU/NCCU based on staffing and patient acuity.
• Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity and to different units within the OSU organization as needed.
