Required Skills/Experience:
Recent experience at a level 1 trauma center is required.
Dual experience between PICU and hematology/oncology is required.
Must be well versed in all pediatric cancers and therapies and have extensive experience caring for this patient population.
Special Requests:
You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit & shift at the same facility). Example: if you applied for day shift, you can apply for night shift on the same unit & facility, but you cannot apply for day shift at the same unit & facility.
Unit Details:
The unit provides care for patients from birth through 18 years of age across 23 specialties, with varied acuity and patient complexity.
The unit uses the Beacon platform.
Shift & Scheduling:
D/N rotation or nights only; day shift is 07:00-19:00 and night shift is 19:00-07:00.
No call.
Floating Requirements:
Depending on unit census, the traveler may be asked to staff the critical care unit or staff as a hem/onc RN.
