Required Skills/Experience:
2 years of cath lab experience; specific experience depends on where the clinician will be utilized.
IABP experience is required.

Special Requests:
Must take the full 6 months off from any Sanford Health or Good Samaritan Society location as well.
Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Any previous Marshfield employment must have ended at least 6 months before submission.

Unit Details:
The department handles 20+ cases per day across all rooms.
Cases include port placements, liver biopsies, IVC placements, G-tube placements, PICC and central line placements, and neuro cases such as coiling, thrombectomy, and embolization; anesthesia supports neuro cases.
Duties include verifying orders and consents, performing head-to-toe assessments, educating patients, setting up rooms, circulating cases, administering moderate sedation, assisting anesthesia providers, continuously monitoring hemodynamics, documenting, and coordinating with the team.
Uses Merge.

Shift & Scheduling:
A 5-8s schedule from 7-330 may be considered.
Rotating day off.
Weeknight call is approximately once every 3 weekdays.
Weekend call rotates approximately once every 3 weekends, Friday-Monday.
Holiday call may be required.
Call response time is 30 minutes.
No call is assigned during the first week; during the second week, call is taken with a buddy before transitioning to independent call.
