Travel Nurse (RN) - Operating Room

Required Skills/Experience:
Trauma experience required.

Required Credentials:
Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.

Unit Details:
The assignment is seeking circulating RNs.
Duties include scrubbing and/or circulating for operative procedures and admitting patients to the operative suite.
The role includes preparing the operating room for patients and surgical procedures, assembling equipment and supplies, ensuring equipment is functional, and ensuring supplies and implants are available.
The role includes coordinating intraoperative patient care with team members and serving as a communication liaison to patients, families, and operating team members.

Shift & Scheduling:
Regular shifts are Monday-Friday.
On-call shifts are needed to provide trauma coverage and vary based on staffing and PTO.
On-call coverage may include 1530-1900 (M-F), 1900-0700 (M-F), 0700-1900 (Saturday/Sunday), and 1900-0700 (Saturday/Sunday).
Holiday call is required on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve night, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve night, and New Year's Day; 1-2 call shifts are possible.
