Additional Details:

All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week.

Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.

Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.

Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Every other holiday.

Floating Requirements: Float Position for CSM-Ozaukee: will need to float onsite to where greatest need is. This includes the following depts: AAU - Acuity Adaptable Unit (mix of pt types), Med/Surg, Inpatient Rehab, and ED Boarded patients in the ED dept. May need to float to sites within 40 miles if needed.
