Travel Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit

The description for these jobs should include: Ability to start ASAP! This assignment allows expedited credentialing or pending credentials so you can start in under 3 weeks. Once your initial RTO requested is accepted, no further negotiations of terms will occur before your start date. Being ready and willing to quickly be credentialed by our team is a must.

Required Skills/Experience: 1+ ICU year of experience (floating is not considered). EKG experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Neuro, CVICU, and Trauma experience preferred. Managing vents preferred. CRRT and Balloon Pumps preferred.

Special Requests: The traveler must make up any call-ins within the contract time frame. Full-time employees of McLaren are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.

Unit Details: Cardiovascular unit caring for cardiology patients, including PTCA, stents, TAVR, MitraClip, and bi-ventricular pacemakers. Also cares for open heart surgery patients 18-24 hours post-op, patients with congestive heart failure, and electrophysiology studies.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. On-call possible.

Floating Requirements: Must be willing to float to similar units.
