Travel Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery Unit

Additional Details:

An interview may not be given prior to an offer being made. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Labor and Delivery RN experience of at least 3 years (At least 1 year of recent experience)
• Postpartum experience.
• Ability to circulate C-sections.

Required Credentials:

• RNs only: If CA state licensure is 3 months or less from expiration, proof that the renewal process has been initiated is required to apply.

Special Requests:

• Please submit all RTO at time of offer. RTO sent after contract is signed will not be considered.
• RTO greater than 7 days in a row needs manager approval.

Unit Details:

• Adult and geriatric patient population.
• Mixed patient population ranging from straightforward cases to very high-acuity patients with comorbidities that have complicated their pregnancy; also accepts homebirth transfers and patients without prenatal care, including those with substance abuse history.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements:

• Ability to float to other UCSF facilities.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
