Travel Nurse (RN) - Nurse Management

Clinician must complete Additional skills section of resume with detailed description of patient pops and procedures worked for each work history.

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years of ED experience required.

Required Credentials: Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited Nursing Program. Must have NYS Nursing License Registration and NYS Copy of Physical License/Diploma for submission. Individual Professional Liability coverage is mandatory for assignment duration (Only individual malpractice insurance is accepted by the facility).

Preferred Credentials: Masters degree in Nursing.

Special Requests: All time off and special requests should be discussed directly with managers upon arrival (no pre-approval). Clinicians must start assignments within 30 days of receiving an offer.

Unit Details: Plans and develops programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitors patient care performance, assesses units with nurse managers, assists with corrective actions, and develops record-keeping systems for medication errors and counseling.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday position with 1 weekend shift required a month. Overtime not allowed at NYCHH facilities (requires written manager approval in rare cases).
