Required Skills/Experience: LTC or rehab experience required.
Required Credentials: Valid driver's license required.
Unit Details: Skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation setting with a rehab gym, functional ADL spaces, and an outdoor patio for therapy use. Treats patients with cognitive, dietary, and neurological diagnoses, including short-term rehab patients and long-term care residents. Develops treatment plans to improve swallowing, cognitive, and communication abilities and decrease aspiration risk. Provides speech-language pathology and audiology services to facility residents.
Shift & Scheduling: Occasional weekends. No call.
