Additional Details:
In order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match address on driver's license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.
Required Credentials: Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Core Competencies exam required; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, with only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG exam required; minimum 80% passing score, with only 2 attempts permitted. Cerner test-out required.
Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
Unit Details: Fast-paced, high-acuity critical care department. Major service lines include cardiothoracic surgery/open heart recovery and neuro/neurosurgery. Provides ICU-level care for critically ill patients, including COVID-19 patients up to ECMO. Frequently receives high-acuity transfers from across Tennessee and beyond.
Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week. No on call.
