Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.
If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Required Skills/Experience: C-arm and fluoro experience required.
Special Requests: Cumulative experience applies for previous travelers. Cannot apply to more than one position across the WVU system at a time. Driver's license address must be outside 50 miles from the facility. Previous perm candidates must be gone for 2 years. Previous travelers there for 1 full year must be gone for 2 years.
Unit Details: Performs XR, OR (C-arm), and fluoro studies. Uses Fuji Synapse. Equipment includes Toshiba Rad Rooms, Carestream portables, and OEC C-arms.
Shift & Scheduling: Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Holidays as required. No call. Possible weekend
