Unit Details:
PT evaluations and treatments across 25% inpatient and 75% outpatient settings.
Coverage includes acute care, ICU, SNF, ER, Med/Surg (acute, observation, and SNF), occasional OB, and the hospital-based outpatient PT clinic.
Rural practice setting requiring independence, broad outpatient diagnosis management, inpatient mobility progression, and discharge planning knowledge.
Full schedule is a mix of inpatient and outpatient visits every 30-45 minutes, with 1-hour new evaluations; may see 5-15 patients per day.
Shift & Scheduling:
Mon-Fri; 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Flexibility of work hours may occur.
Must be able to work Saturdays.
Holiday Coverage: No
Floating Requirement:
PT is required to work in ER, ICU, Med/Surg (Acute, Observation, and SNF), occasionally in OB, and extensively in our hospital based Outpatient PT Clinic
