Travel Nurse (RN) - Home Health

Required Skills/Experience:
Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
Must have recent Home Health experience in 2024-25.

Unit Details:
RNs are required to get a minimum of 30 points.
The point values are Start of Cares 2.5, Resumption of Cares 2, Recerts 1.75, Discharges 1.5, and routine visits .9.

Shift & Scheduling:
Monday through Friday.

Floating Requirements:
May be asked to help in other territories within the facility's service area as needed.
