An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.
Required Skills/Experience: Required Skillset: SCRUB EXPERIENCE, Circulate IR, Cath & Structural Heart Procedures
Required Credentials: Associate's Degree or Certificate. For any RN role: if a candidate has NP licensure, ThedaCare will only consider them for an NP role, not a lower position.
Unit/Facility Details: Primary Cases/Procedure Types: Cath, EP, IR, Vascular
Shift & Scheduling: Weekends: As needed - due to call Holidays: As needed - due to call On Call: Minimum of once per week. Weekends and Holidays as needed - 30 min response time
Floating Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities - Float to ThedaCare Neenah Specials Department
