Travel Nurse (LVN / LPN) - Long Term Care

Special Requests:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details:
Adult and geriatric patient population.
Responsibilities include admissions, discharges, transfers to the hospital for acute care, clerical work, and calling providers.

Shift & Scheduling:
The schedule includes every other weekend rotation and some holidays.
