Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: 1 year of experience within the past 3 years must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Required Credentials: Dementia testing will be required prior to start.
Special Requests: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to. Eligibility as current/previous employee: Must take full 6 months off from any Sanford Health and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Unit Details: Must take charge. Patient population includes dementia and geriatrics. Staffing includes 2 nurses on days and 1 overnight nurse.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Labor Day required; every other holiday after that. No on-call.
