Special Requests:
Any past employee of UPH, whether FTE or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travel in another market, no matter which facility they currently work at or have worked at within the past 12 months. If they worked travel at UPH (not FTE or PRN), the separation policy does not apply.
Limit of 1 day off request between 11/25-11/29 and 12/23-12/27 for all travelers.
Unit Details:
Patient/case mix includes CHF, ablation, angiogram, TCAR, EVAR, DKA, stroke, pacemaker, and sepsis.
Shift & Scheduling:
Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
Every other weekend/holiday.
Traveler will be required to work 2 of 3 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
No call.
Floating Requirements:
Required to float to the ED and all inpatient areas.
The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
