References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Must be able to take tracheostomies with ventilators.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
Special Requests:
- Ideally no more than 5 days of RTO.
Unit Details:
- Adult patient population.
- Only dedicated IMC unit in the hospital; cares for patients of all diagnoses and patient types.
- Very fast-paced unit with high patient throughput. Nurses are typically at a 1:4 patient ratio with a free charge; the charge may take up to 4 patients if needed, but this does not happen often.
Shift & Scheduling:
- 4x12s may be accommodated if preferred.
- Every other weekend.
- No call.
Floating Requirements:
- Will float as needed.
Details:
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
