Travel Nurse (LVN / LPN) - Rehabilitation Unit

Required Skills/Experience:

• Floor nursing.
• 2 years of clinical experience in any clinical setting or 1-year of acute care experience.

Special Requests:

• If you are working per diem at a Kindred facility, you need to wait 6 months after your last shift to apply as a traveler.
• If you are a full-time employee with a Kindred facility, you need to wait 12 months to apply as a traveler.

Unit Details:

• Inpatient rehabilitation setting for adult patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries, and other conditions.
• Uses workstations on wheels and patient lifts.
• Unit resources include monitored brain-injury rooms, specialized beds, a dedicated stroke care unit with specialized equipment, therapy gymnasiums with high-tech therapy devices and treatments, and a special apartment where patients and families can practice daily living tasks.

Shift & Scheduling:

• No call.
• Variable weekends.
