Additional Information
Required Credentials:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Unit Details:
- Skilled nursing/LTC rehab setting.
- Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans; provide hands-on therapy in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records; educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques to support continued care and safety.
- Collaborate with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Minimum productivity standard: 90% for OTs.
Shift & Scheduling:
- 8:00AM-5:00PM or 9:00AM-6:00PM with occasional weekends.
- Overtime starts after 40 hours.
